Ok - I made one last night & loved it. The great thing is, I always have the stuff to make this on hand, so if I have a surprise dinner guest, I can still come up with dessert.

Let me know how you like it! I love to add chocolate chips, and sometimes the mini marshmallows! YUM!!! Icing really sets it off. The original recipe calls for 4 tbsp of veggie oil and 2 tbsp of cocoa, but I switched to butter for flavor and added a spoon full of cocoa for a richer chocolaty taste. The Wifester LOVES it when I make these!

P.A.Bees- MMMMMM Jalapeno? Could that be the prize for the Virtual Scavenger Hunt, per chance? You take going GREEN to an all new level. You ate only green for a while thus saving the planet from ozone depletion as it grazed less gassing cows, the veggies you like are green, you were sick 'green' from eating bad petitte chous and I am envious green of the freshness in your pic! If I knew how to add a pic to this comment I would show you the jalapenos growing on my back porch - they may be hot but they will not make you sick. Come see them on my blog!
